have you noticed the phrase “a complex mathematical formula” — as in the sentence “it looks like Hillary Clinton is going to win Texas, but the delegates are allocated by a complex mathematical formula . . . ?”
How right you are. I wish more people could see this article, so I'll pass it on. WHY on earth does Texas HAVE to have primares and caucuses where people can conceivably vote twice?
