It really is hard to get a criminal complaint in against a criminal enterprise stock brokerage firm (TD Ameritrade) at the SEC if the firm is politically mobbed up with their campaign contributions at the Justice Department and the SEC.

A backlog of 2000+ financial institution fraud cases (just against TD Ameritrade alone), have created a financial terrorist nightmare in the Wall Street financial district, and conflict of political interest is just the tip of the criminal iceberg against the SEC, Christopher Cox, fellow SEC Commissioners, and the George W Bush administration.

Hello, has anyone heard of Spiro Agnew? Hello, has anyone heard of Watergate?

Hello, has anyone heard of Black Friday, Black Monday, ect.,?

Professor Lessig should really think about a book that lets California voters know his political views, as good as or better than, "Pillars of Prosperity: free markets, sound money and property," by Ron Paul

It is interesting to note that Prof. Lessig has raised over $30,000 via the internet in less than a week.

Impressive, but…I’m guessing that 95+% of these contributions come from his internet fans Outside the 12th Congressional District.

Taking money from Outside the district is not a legal violation; but leaves a candidate open to charges that an Outside special interest group of people is buying him his Congressional seat.

I would suspect that if, indeed, Prof. Lessig’s money comes primarily from Outside of the 12th Congressional District, that this troubling ethical problem will be a significant issue to be raised in the campaign. I would suspect that the voters of the 12th Congressional District will see his contributors as unwelcome interlopers in their District.
