Please recognize that many scientists believe that the Moon is also an important destination for study and likely future human settlement. It would be possible to put together a self-selected group of 50 advocates to reach a consensus that the Moon is a major goal itself.

New space station, Mars, and moon are all possble with
this new space engine. Will soon be publishing info on how
man can live and survive with new technology that will be
proposed. Stay tuned.
