Incidents of minor vandalism and the mere usage of slurs like "fag" do not necessarily deserve front page news coverage. Besides investigating arguably threatening "die" messages scribbled on someone's door, the police should have little involvement here, other than to investigate the property damage. Obviously any reasonable person would and should be appalled with bigotry and harassment of any student, but let's not make a bigger deal out of this than it is. The foolish perpetrators likely don't deserve all the attention. It is a ridiculous overreaction for Vice Provost Boardman to claim that the use of the word "fag" concerns several administrators and offices. After all, we are not babies and, unless there is legitimate harassment or a threat to one's safety, let's not pretend to be helpless victims of some horrible crime.

Good point Kevin. A larger, related, point is that the Stanford bureaucracy is so large and worthless that they devote sizeable resources to issues such as this because they don't have better things to do. I had several very negative experiences with Stanford Housing in particular while I was a student, largely stemming from the fact that Stanford Housing is a huge bureaucracy that operates entirely independently from the rest of Stanford's administration. For a school with so many resources Stanford has very little concern for the welfare of its undergraduate students.

Wasn't Adolf Hitler's first mass murders done under the collective guise of antisemitism? Isn't both Lenin and Stalin Jewish? [Derzhenski & Jewsaunvili] When some people deny their black history, they feel free to take advantage of blacks. However, when they hide that, and then come to America, they seem to be saying that they can poison Lady Rebecca Raulf, and while using the same potion down to today, they are never exposed? Thank goodness John Foster Berlet made it impossible for anyone who even murders at Stanford to be followed by satellite, and that includes the defacing of property paid for by jews!

Albert critic! do not interrupt FBI think-speak until Julia Roberts and Mel Gibson finish forging the New-Age Republican Constitution in "Conspiracy Theory II."

"they devote sizeable resources to issues such as this because they don't have better things to do."
Would you rather that they install inane security features in the dorm to prevent another Azia Kim incident? Frankly, I'm glad that Stanford has the time and the resources to deal with an issue like this.

The Yids in Israel have just finished testing a missile, and they made the commentary that it was capable of carry a non-conventional (nuclear) weapon. This is conveying a nuclear threat to a nation (Iran) that has signed the nuclear non-poliferation treaty: Israel has not signed.

Somebody brave running for President of the United States or the Jewish White House dog needs to tell the Yids in Israel that if they poison the planet with their psychotic god arsenal of nuclear weapons, Israel will be wiped off the face of the earth.

By allowing the Hoover Institute at Stanford you can expect a lot of this and then some.

I hope "X the Unknown" is not a Stanford student. In fact I doubt that he is an educated person... may I remind him that both Germany and Russia had signed a non-aggression pack prior to WWll... So much about words on a paper... life is about deeds and hope and doing the right thing at the right time.
