Contrary to Hill's statement, I sometimes wonder if all the players do indeed "know that [they] need to do." Take the twins. I love them. They're great players and a tremendous asset to the program. But when you're that big, how do you justify repeatedly catching the ball twelve to fifteen feet from the basket?! Literally every time they post up, they've been pushed well off the block by the time they catch the ball, causing them to settle for fallaway jumpers and long hook shots. Fight for position. The inbetween game should be part of your arsenal, but the space under the basket should be your focus!
