Kudos to BBLP. Keeping with the legal ratings/ranking them, the Dallas Diversity Task Force has just issued its 2007 Diversity Report at www.diversitytaskforce.com on the top firms in Dallas, Texas. The 2007 Diversity Report builds upon the Task Force's 2006 Diversity Report and other efforts to measure racial and ethnic diversity in law firms. This report presents a comprehensive analysis that considers demographics in the state, recognizes the importance of diversity in firm leadership, and factors in the firm's recent efforts to diversify its attorney ranks. Only two firms scoring above the Texas attorney benchmark. No firm met the Texas general population benchmark designated by the Task Force. The report is at www.diversitytaskforce.com.

No Child Left Behind is a fraud. It's all part of the Republicans' plan to reprivatize the school system, out of this unfounded bias against public schools and most other things public, esp. the more libertarian ones. They also heavily violate states' rights with big expansions of federal power liek this.
