Not only is this article rife with speculation, many of the statistics presented have little real impact on me, the average reader, unless I'm an urban planner or civil engineer.

Speculation and editorializing are the whole point of page 2 articles. That why they are different from regular news articles.
I think its amusing and interesting actually

It's so frustrating trying to find parking as a student that lives off-campus. This is why I use <a HREF="www.parkingspotter.com">Parkingspotter.com</a>. I can find parking spots practically anywhere. We don't need to add more parking spots on campus. There are some that aren't being used. You just have to know how to find them!
