Nice to hear that Justice Reinhardt will be annoyed by the presence of a strict constructionist in the 9th Circuit's CJ seat. And as an aside, Justice Scalia's remarks are closer to being proven correct than anybody suspects. Stay tuned. And the term is 'Justice'--not 'Judge.' FYI.

Um, circuit judges are called "Judge." Only on the Supreme Court are they "Justices." FYI.
