Comment on Allison Dedricks article "In Russia, media mystery thickens" by Carl L. Thunberg, M.A.

The russian journalist Evgeny Kiseliev says i one breath that that everything is decided by the president and the small circle that surrounds him, and in his next words he express his opinion that he doesn’t consider Russia a totalitarian state. How Machiavellian must it become before he would consider the situation totalitarian?
Enough said about that.
It is a very interesting scenario we have in Russia right now. Will Putin respect the constitution or not?
Or will he find a way to keep the power in a somehow corrupt way?
That's for President Putin and his administration to know, and for the world to find out after May next year.
