Hezbollah taught the IDF several things:

1. Fighting unarmed Palestinian's makes an army weak and useless and bordering on cowardly as we saw the retreating IDF'ers attacking unarmed Lebanese as they retreated all bloody and beat looking for the tinyest piece of victory that never came.
2. An army that massacures unarmed civilians has no victory to brag about and certainly no friends.
3. The Zionist Jew continues as the most hated vermin in the world and he has no one to blame but himself.
4. The Holocaust was precipitated by the demeaning way the Zionist Jew mistreated the German people which precipitated anti-semitism and the 'tool' of their destruction - the little guy with the funny mustache from Austria that came to the rescue of the German people.

Kill 'em all Hezbollah - Let their G-D sort them out.'

I think this guy just searches the net for articles about Israel and posts the same hateful ignorant points in each instance. I have seen this guy on many different message boards before with the exact same text.

It sounds like the "moderator" was about as neutral and unbiased as the typical NPR host is. Pretty shameful for a professor, although he's not quite as bad as Arthur Butz at Northwestern.

There has been a rash recently of anti-Israel speakers on campus. Is this a coincidence or have the group(s) responsible for choosing speakers become domintated by those not wanting to see a balanced portrayal of a difficult conflict?

According to the Hillel calendar, David Horovitz of the Jerusalem Post (editor) spoke last week but the event apparently was not covered. Herb Keinon of the Post is supposed to speak tomorrow. That means we should check the Tuesday Daily to see if it is covered.

Events are covered if the group sponsoring the event sends a press release to the Daily ahead of time. Istead of blaming the daily for covering some events while not covering others, blame the sponsor group's ineffeciency.

AZ Cowboy is right. I never understood why when Hitler was loading up the Jews onto cattle carts and hauling them off to the death camps, why in the world the Europeans didn't help them. For years I never understood this until I went into business with an American "German Jew." They are ruthless, willing to do unspeakable despicable things to get the upper hand in a business relationship, no other human beings have value to them except themselves and how much money and power they can get from whomever they can, however they can deceive them to get it. They really believe they are the "chosen" and that is the basis they use for rationalizing their behavior.
The American people can thank the Jews who have taken over this country and used our banks, military and news media (which they totally control) to sell us the war in Iraq and nearly bankrupt this country.
We need to ship them off to an island somewhere. They have been exiled from almost every country on this planet over the last 2,000 years simply because they are a vicious selfish people. They are hated in the middle east and do nothing but constantly incur the rath of the Arab nations that surround them, all the while holding their hand out for the United States to fund their WELFARE state. It was stupid for them to abuse America as they have, because we were the ONLY friends they had left.
Americans, let me clue you in n something. Jewish people do not value friends....they use them. When they are confronted with their behavior, it is labeled hate speech.

Congrats to Prof Hilton Obenzinger or whatever his name is. I really love it when tenured academics living on the front lines in Palo Alto, California presume to know what it is like to live under the constant threat of suicide bombs, abductions and rocket attacks. The Arabs always talk about complying with UN Security Council Resolutions, yet the fundamental issue is that they have never accepted the resolution establishing the sovereign state of Israel, they never will and they are willing to kill, kill, kill until that state is gone. What kind of diplomacy do you suggest to respond to this?
