It is a shame that the author of this well-written article did not stay for ten more minutes after the event. Dalia, Eyal and myself witnessed the birth of a new student group founded by Jewish students and Palestinian students together to encourage dialogue on the Stanford campus. Brave young people like Fadi Quran, like Amie Barron and Shira Beery should be recognized for looking towards the future.

1st: Sounds like the author was lazy and a bit complacent. As Miriam Asnes said above: why not wait ten minutes more to witness the formation of a joint Israeli-Palestinian group at Stanford? Why did he not report it?

2nd: It would be great if the SD remove the spam messages about credit cards etc in the "comments" section. Plenty of technology to do that but no one at Stanford to help?
