"This proposition would put the most vulnerable teens who come from abusive families at serious risk."

What about the most vulnerable teens who are being coereced to have secret abortions by adult boyfriends who want to cover up evidence of statutory rape? Abortion providers rarely report sexual abuse or statutory rape to authorities.
