Neither i have made any study on this topic nor i am going to do one, yet i believe whole heartedly believe that the love making has the most beneficial effect on the body than any other health improvement method. You may ask me why? The reason is very simple, i.e. it (love making) is the nature's dictat and it is the only act by which we are born. So the reason for our birth must be reason for our health, isn't it?
