Theft was once again the most ubiquitous crime on campus this past week, as over four laptops were reported stolen, and a person found with a stolen bicycle was booked into jail.

During the past week, few bike thefts were reported to the Stanford Department of Public Safety (SUDPS). Instead, a convertible’s roof had been cut off behind La Casa Italiana, and several people were transported to Stanford Hospital for injuries or alcohol intoxication.

Burglary was rampant over the past several weeks. Two laptops were stolen from Narnia in the same morning and four car stereos were stolen on the same day, two of which came from cars parked in Wilbur Lot.
