This report covers a selection of crimes from Mar. 27 to Apr. 5 as recorded in the Stanford Police Department Public Bulletin.

Thursday, Mar. 27

- Between 5 p.m. Wednesday, Mar. 26 and 9 a.m. Thursday, Mar. 27, institutional burglary occurred. An unknown suspect took three keys belonging to the Hoover Institute from a locked drawer.

Sunday, Mar. 30

- Between 9 a.m. Sunday, Mar. 23 and 10 a.m. Sunday, Mar. 30, an unknown suspect or suspects entered a victim’s apartment in the Rains Complex without apparent use of force. An iPhone was taken.

- At 1:15 a.m., a victim reported an unknown suspect prowling around two buildings in Escondido Village and peeping into a window.

Monday, Mar. 31

- An unknown suspect or suspects stole a fiberglass ladder from the basement of the Beckman Center between 7:30 and 10:30 a.m.

- For ten minutes starting at 11 a.m., a disturbance occurred at Sweet Hall. The arrestee verbally threatened his estranged spouse. He was arrested for making criminal threats and booked into the main jail in San Jose.

Tuesday, Apr. 1

- Between 10:30 and 11:30 a.m., an unknown suspect took a sweatshirt containing personal items from the gym floor while the victim was playing basketball at the Arrillaga Recreation Center.

Thursday, Apr. 3

- At 4:53 p.m., a case of suspicious circulation of email occurred at Galvez Modular. The reporting party received a disturbing email. No threats were made.

Friday, Apr. 4

- At Galvez Field between 11 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., an unknown suspect broke the rear window to the victim’s vehicle. No property was taken.

Saturday, Apr. 5

- At the Hillel-Ziff Center, an unknown suspect removed an unattended purse at 11:59 a.m.

- Between 11 p.m. Friday, Apr. 4 and 1 a.m. Saturday, Apr. 5, an unknown suspect or suspects stole the victim’s personal belongings at Theta Delta Chi.

- At Arroyo, the victim’s rear wheel was stolen from his bike between 6 p.m. Friday, Apr. 4 and 1 a.m. Saturday, Apr. 5.
