J.J. Hones and the No. 6 Stanford women had no trouble toppling the Wildcats at home last night in a 69-46 blowout victory. Freshman Kayla Pedersen led the Cardinal offensively, scoring 18 points, while sophomore Jayne Appel pitched in a double-double, giving Stanford a decided edge in the low post. The win marked Stanford’s 11th consecutive victory.
