SPORTS| Skip Kenney will keep his job, Athletic Director Bob Bowlsby announced on Friday. But first, the head men’s swimming coach must complete a 60-day suspension for deleting swimmers’ records. Bowlsby also said the 28-year coach committed no NCAA violations.

NEWS| After nine days and dozens of missed meals, the eight remaining participants of the hunger strike organized by the Stanford Labor Action Coalition (SLAC) broke fast after the student group reached an agreement with the University Friday afternoon regarding Stanford’s living wage policy.

NEWS| When I visited SLAC’s makeshift camp in White Plaza early on Friday afternoon, the Fast for a Living Wage had been going strong for nine days, and several of the participants I met said they would fast “for as long as it takes.”
